Selling price, shipping, and other charges borne by the customer
- The price of each product is listed on its product page.
- Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity of products shipped and your location. They will be stated in the quotation.
- Bank transfer fees follow the rules of your bank.
Payment method and deadline
- Please transfer payment to the bank account stated in the quotation.
- Payment deadline: by the end of the month following the month of product arrival.
Delivery time
The specific delivery time will be stated in the quotation. The following are general guidelines.
- If the item is in stock, it is normally shipped within 5 business days, excluding the day the order is placed.
- If the item is out of stock, it takes about 2 to 3 weeks.
- Custom cartridges can be shipped 2 weeks after the fragrance materials arrive at our company.
Returns
If the product has no defects
As a rule, we do not accept returns.
If the product has defects
If a product purchased from us has a defect or other hidden flaw, and you notify us of the defect or other flaw within 8 days after the product arrives, we will accept a return or exchange within 1 month.
